As part of our Expert Services team, you will work directly with scientists from leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies to analyze samples, generate high‑quality data, and support the development of new analytical methods.
What You Will Do
Design and execute experiments independently to fulfill customer project scope.
Complete experiments accurately and on schedule.
Analyze data, interpret results, draw conclusions, and recommend next steps.
Maintain precise and up‑to‑date laboratory records.
Participate in project planning and resource coordination.
Contribute to customer reports, including data tables and figures.
Perform general laboratory responsibilities (ordering, database updates, sample receipt, pipette calibration).
Prepare for and participate in internal scientific meetings.
Build expertise in Expert Services methodologies to ensure sound experimental design and efficient workflows.
Document work according to the company Quality Management System.
Work independently and collaboratively, adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Contribute positively to team culture and support in any additional tasks as needed.
What You Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related life science.
Hands‑on laboratory experience (academic, industry, or internship).
Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret experimental data.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Experience with immunoassays (ELISA, microarray, or similar).
Experience working with biological samples.
Familiarity with scientific data‑analysis software.
Experience in a regulated or quality‑controlled laboratory environment.
