Life at the Radford Site
At our Radford site, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment with access to an accommodation room, onsite showers, and picnic areas. We also host monthly employee events and an annual Holiday event.
Our monthly employee events are voluntary, onsite or virtual events which encourage social and recreational activities throughout the year. It creates opportunities for colleagues to connect across teams, build relationships beyond daily work, and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture. Some examples of events have included Office Olympics, a Walkathon to encourage employee health, and raffle giveaways!
Depending on your role, we offer flex schedules which can be modified quarterly and the possibility to work from home.
The Radford site standard operating hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm, meaning there is typically no evening, night, or weekend work.
